• It has a small, light frame so that it can be easily transported and stored at home or in the martial arts school. It can be moved to the center of the room for use and placed back in a corner when not in use.
• Students can practice all of their board breaks at home without the use of a holder or drilling in to a wall.
• Holds both wooden & rebreakable boards.
• It allows for: speed breaks, vertical, horizontal & downward strikes, all of which can be adjusted for height. Also, the top arm can be removed and attached to a heavy bag to reach even higher elevations.
